About Our Client

Our client, is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive business growth. The successful candidate will identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and implement strategic initiatives. This role requires a proactive individual with in-depth knowledge and a Hunter Mindset. This person will be contributing to their expanding business objectives.

Job Description

New Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients and increase market share.

Client Relationship Management : Proactively engage potential clients, present company services, and develop strong, lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty.

Strategic Planning & Execution : Collaborate with leadership to establish business development goals and strategies. Develop and implement action plans to achieve sales targets and operational objectives.

Proposal & Presentation Development : Create and deliver compelling, customized presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and agreements to close new business deals.

Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence : Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Utilise market insights to improve business development strategies.

Internal & External Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to meet client needs. Facilitate communication between clients and project teams to ensure successful projects and client satisfaction. Identify cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base.

Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking : Maintain detailed records of business development activities and client interactions. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.

Proven experience in business development or sales, open to all industries.

Strong understanding of industry practices, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Ability to establish and maintain effective client relationships.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Fluency in English and Malay; additional languages are a plus.
