Job Description : Front Desk Receptionist

Job Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for handling front desk duties, including greeting guests and answering phone calls.
  • Manage hotel bookings, express check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle cash and perform other front desk financial transactions.
  • Provide courteous service to guests and respond promptly and professionally to complaints, requests, and inquiries.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service at all times.

Candidate Requirements :

  • Must possess at least an SPM qualification.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant personality.
  • Able to communicate well in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Willing to work night shifts.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Full-time and part-time positions available.
  • Age between 18 to 30 years old.
