Role Purpose
Ensure that visitors and clients are received in a professional manner and that reception area operate at a high-quality service.
Main Responsibilities
Business Acumen
- Maintains a complete knowledge of organization structure, personnel name and titles.
- Provide quality service in adherence to company policies.
People
Welcome and assists all walk-in visitors.Receives and screen all incoming calls, take down message and transfer the calls to respective department.Process
Support on courier services arrangement for the company.To support on general administration jobs and daily office activities, ie, data entry, pantry and stationery supplies, office cleanliness, etc.Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.Ensure HQ memos are printed out and pasted it on the notice board.Monitor visitor access, efficiency handles office traffic and maintain security awareness.Organize conference and meeting room bookings.Control inventory relevant to reception area.Maintain attendance logbook and projector logbook.Maintain a pleasant, courteous, professional and tidy work environment.Update HQ and outlet contact lists from time to time.Undertake ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM / Certificates / Diploma in any field.1- 2 years working experience in front desk role is an added advantage.Proficient in MS office and general computer skill.Able to work independently with minimum supervision.Good command in English, Malay both spoken and written.
