We’re seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor who is passionate about the construction industry and eager to learn project cost management from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, quotations, and bills of quantities (BQ).
• Support tender preparation, pricing, and procurement coordination.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in price comparison.
• Handle site measurements, progress claims, and variation orders.
• Maintain cost records and project documentation.
• Work closely with project and site teams to ensure cost efficiency.
• Carry out other QS-related tasks as assigned by management.
