Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or equivalent. Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Good understanding of construction drawings and measurement basics. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of CostX / AutoCAD is an advantage. Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin an added advantage). Salary : RM2,800 – RM3,800 (depending on experience). Career advancement opportunities in a growing company. We’re seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor who is passionate about the construction industry and eager to learn project cost management from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, quotations, and bills of quantities (BQ).
- Support tender preparation, pricing, and procurement coordination.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in price comparison.
- Handle site measurements, progress claims, and variation orders.
- Maintain cost records and project documentation.
- Work closely with project and site teams to ensure cost efficiency.
- Carry out other QS-related tasks as assigned by management.
