Principal Consultant, Culture, Engagement and Organizational Performance — Agoda, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and colleagues on developing their teams to achieve ambitious business strategies, e.g., new ways to engage with partners, product innovation models, building culture and organization structure, and the necessary work to maintain high standards of performance and high employee engagement
- Provide pro-active analysis of data to identify patterns, inform strategy, track and measure impact and provide actionable recommendations tied to business output
- Present analysis and insights to senior leadership on relevant talent strategies including patterns of employee behavior (attrition, promotion, performance management outcomes), employee sentiment surveys, and demographic patterns
- Employ innovative methods to scale capability, going beyond traditional learning, including role and organizational design, process and tools improvement, various learning modalities
- Be a trusted advisor to leadership and play a critical role in enhancing their effectiveness through assessment, feedback and coaching
- Promote People compliance and operations to minimize regulatory violations and prevent rework
What You’ll Need To Succeed
8+ years of experience in strategic or management consulting and / or relevant experience in Talent Management and People operations at a multi-national organizationUndergraduate degree from a top university; advanced degrees welcomeStrong project management experience with proven ability to plan, prioritize, track progress, and deliver results on timeAcute business acumen and understanding of how organizational structures and dynamics relate to executionFacilitating and coaching to drive business outcomes, including presenting to senior executivesDemonstrated ability to develop, implement and coordinate multiple initiatives from scratch to meet business goals and objectives, backed by clear and measurable metricsAbility to analyze business challenges with a data-driven approach and communicate actionable recommendations to business leadersDesirable expertise in areas such as organizational design, onboarding, compensation, business consulting, and data analysisExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead critical conversationsOwnership mindset and ability to meet tight deadlines with a logical, methodical approachDiscretion, confidentiality, and professional ethicsAbility to thrive in a multicultural environment, with humility and flexibilityExcellent judgement, self-motivation, curiosity, and trustworthinessFlexibility and a sense of humorBased in BangkokEqual Opportunity Employer
