Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

• Preparing, managing and developing sales performance tracking report for sales force
• Publish, Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports for different business segments, Business stakeholders for effective decision making
• Designing, propose and monitor scorecards for regions, teams and individual sales officers
• Analyze sales data and identify trends to p rovide insightful MIS for country segment and product heads to facilitate and effective decision making
• Generate reports and dashboards to present complex data in easy-to-understand format in order to provide insights into sales performance
• Liaising with Financial Controlling Team for monthly reporting
• Reviewing and managing data / information needs by internal and external parties
• Participating in and supporting ad-hoc initiatives and projects relating to sales performance and productivity planning
• Preparing Power-Point presentations for Business Reviews
