DEMI CHEF

About the role

We are seeking a talented Demi Chef to join our dynamic team at SHF Services (M) Sdn Bhd in Puncak Alam, Selangor. As a Demi Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the preparation and execution of high-quality, creative meals to delight our customers. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and development within our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Assist the Head Chef in the planning and preparation of menu items
• Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to efficiently deliver exceptional dining experiences
• Participate in menu development and testing of new recipes
• Provide mentorship and training to junior kitchen staff
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
