Operation Executive for STR products

Role Duties and Responsibilities :

Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Role Duties and Responsibilities :

• Ensure operations efficiency & effectiveness.
• Set-up and update SOPs.
• Co-ordinate with both internal and external customers.
• Conduct monthly brief jointly with Client.
• Train & coach newbies & weak performers.
• Monthly updates on team performance / KPI achievement.
• Identify in-outlets opportunities, solve escalated issues & propose plans.
• Review of journey plan.
• POSMs distribution.
• Reports analysis & cross checking on reports accuracy.
• Support Client's team report when required (based on mutual agreement).
• Manage ad-hoc request and manpower allocation.
