Salary Scheme : Basic Salary + Monthly KPI Allowance (Up to 4 digits monetary reward)

Job Description

• Opportunity Sourcing & Evaluation : Proactively identify, source, and evaluate new markets, potential partnerships, or new business models.
• Go-to-Market Strategy & Planning : For identified new opportunities, lead the development of detailed business plans and go-to-market strategies.
• Commercial Strategy & Sales Enablement : For existing business lines requiring growth, analyze commercial models and sales channels to propose optimization strategies and provide strategic support to sales and marketing teams.
• Strategic Partnership Development : Identify potential strategic partners, establish initial contact, and lead the preliminary planning and analysis of partnership models to provide strategic support for final negotiations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with all department / projects heads to ensure all business development plans are highly viable and have strong internal support.
