Responsibilities
- Developing and Implementing Sales Strategies : Devise effective sales strategies and plans to achieve or exceed the company’s sales targets. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. Generate leads and maintain a pipeline of opportunities.
- Building and Nurturing Client Relationships : Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and pain points to offer tailored solutions and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge and Demonstration : Possess in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients and highlight the value proposition.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals : Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements in line with company policies and customer requirements. Close sales and achieve revenue targets within specified timeframes.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis : Track sales activities, progress, and performance metrics using CRM systems or other tools. Prepare regular reports and analysis to assess sales effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams : Work closely with marketing, product development, customer service, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Provide feedback and insights from the field to support continuous improvement.
- Staying Updated on Industry Trends : Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies relevant to the company’s products or services. Continuously update knowledge and skills to maintain a competitive edge.
- Customer Support and After-Sales Service : Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Foster long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Adhering to Sales Policies and Compliance : Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing sales practices.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or role.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.Min Advance Diploma in business administration, marketing, or related field (preferred).Company Overview
