Job descriptionQMS Implementation : Assist in developing, maintaining, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 : 2015 standards. Audits : Participate in internal / external audits, address non-conformances, and prepare audit reports. Process Improvement : Analyze data, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Compliance & Documentation : Maintain accurate quality records and ensure regulatory compliance, including license renewals (MOF / KDN). Training & Support : Provide training and guidance on quality standards and procedures. Customer Satisfaction : Monitor feedback and complaints, collaborate on resolution, and improve product / service quality. Reporting : Generate regular quality reports and support management reviews. Site Visits : Attend site visits to resolve quality-related issues as needed.
Requirement :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Management and ISO standards
