RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive sales of property units to achieve company sales targets.
- Manage and monitor sales, show units, and marketing materials to ensure readiness.
- Handle leads and prospects from the website, social media, events, and walk-ins.
- Engage with prospective buyers to close sales.
- Monitor daily sales team to achieve targets.
- Prepare daily sales updates and customer feedback reports for management.
- Develop and implement effective sales & marketing strategies, campaigns, and events.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, property portals, and media partners for promotions.
- Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and demand trends.
- Report to management on sales performance, customer feedback, market insights and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare delivery orders, invoices, quotations, and disbursements tracker.
- Follow up with customer for licenses & expiry and prepare related documents.
- Maintain and organize important records (e.g., SIRIM documents, customer agreements, internal documents).
- Manage insurance applications and renewals.
- Arrange courier service for sample & label delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Target-driven, strategic, and able to lead a high-performing team.Familiarity with digital marketingStrong knowledge of property market trends, buyer financing and regulatory requirements.Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.Minimum 1-2years' experience in property development sales & marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial / supervisory role.Job Types : Full-time, Fresh graduate
