Job description

Financial Administration :

  • Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Processing invoices and expense claims.
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports.
  • Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.

Payroll :

  • Assisting in the preparation and processing of payroll.
  • Verifying timekeeping records and ensuring accuracy.
  • Addressing payroll-related inquiries from employees.
  • Human Resources Support :

  • Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
  • Managing employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
  • Handling employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assisting in the coordination of employee training and development activities.
  • Supporting HR initiatives such as performance management and employee engagement programs.
  • Administrative Tasks :

  • Providing general administrative support to both the finance and HR departments.
  • Managing office supplies inventory and ordering as needed.
  • Organizing meetings and scheduling appointments.
  • Handling correspondence and communications as required.
  • Assisting with special projects as assigned.

    Pay : RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
