Job Description :
Assist recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
Deal with issues such as attendance, absenteeism, employee disputes and grievances, firing employees and administering disciplinary procedures
Office environment management, ensuring cleanliness in both personal and common areas.
Organizing and keep records of office supplies and fixed assets and reporting the requirements for office essentials.
Ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of utilities such as water, electricity, and the network.
Liaise with Foreign Workers Agency, Kementerian Dalam Negeri, Immigration Department & Embassy for all formalities involving foreign workers and expatriates.
Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
At least one year experience in HR & Admin area or Recruiting.
Computer literate with knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Strong communication & people skills.
Able to converse and write in English, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
