Job descriptionProvide daily administrative support to the sales team Assist in managing email correspondences and follow-ups Handle phone inquiries and redirect calls where necessary Ensure accurate data entry in systems for products, serial numbers, and pricing Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings and appointments Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned Diploma or equivalent qualification 1–2 years of experience in administrative or secretarial roles Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong organizational and time-management skills Experience with SAP system is an added advantage
