Manager - Analytics (Process Improvement & Analytics)

Our Analytics department will employ data-driven insights to revolutionise our business throughout the organisation. We are looking for people with business strategy and analytics experience to lead different initiatives focused on our brand promise “Built Around You” and leveraging a deep understanding of AI / ML / Digital solutions to deliver a modern customer experience. This role will report to the Manager of Project, Business Campaign & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Manage end-to-end projects (implementation, testing, deployment) by creating working plans, test cases, progress reports, and managing timelines, while conducting WIP sessions with all stakeholders and collaborating with the IT team.
• Own system improvements and drive operational change management, specifically focusing on workflow improvements across Campaign, Analytics, and Data Science teams to increase efficiency and high-value delivery.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational excellence by identifying pain points, using data to size, prioritize, and recommend solutions, and leveraging technology to automate manual processes and establish performance measurement tools.
• Set up efficient and streamlined marketing infrastructure and train campaign team members on utilizing new solution flows and systems.
• Analyze financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation to support strategic decision-making.
