We’re looking for a Customer Service Officer who’s not only passionate about helping people but also keen to travel and lead tours overseas.

What You’ll Do :

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Assist with bookings, payments, and travel documentation
• Provide accurate information on tour packages and services
• Support customers before and during their trips
• Lead overseas tours as a tour manager when required
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams
