As General Manager, Marketing, you will lead the day-to-day execution of the marketing plan for PAVILION KUALA LUMPUR. You will be responsible for leading the marketing efforts of the mall which includes the management and implementation of strategies and tactics for mall campaigns, special events, public relations, advertising, digital and social media. You will establish working relationships with clients, tenants, business partners, corporate companies, media community and government agencies. Proficient in budget preparation, expense monitoring and budget re-forecasting.
Requirements : Degree qualified, you must have significant experience in similar capacity or higher to senior management. You will have an out-going professional manner and work well to multiple deadlines and have a strong sense of ownership when completing tasks and the flexibility to assist with a variety of duties as needed. Ability to rise to the challenge of new and unexpected circumstances and problem solve. A high performance leader with the ability to coach and mentor an energetic and aspirational team.
