Senior Pre-Sales Solution Engineer, SEA Region
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Pre-Sales Senior Solution Engineer with expertise in intralogistics and AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle). This role blends sales support, project analysis, and technical expertise to deliver tailored solutions. The ideal candidate can identify client needs, present value-driven solutions, and clearly communicate benefits and trade-offs to ensure customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Needs Analysis
- Work with BD Managers / Regional Sales to understand client challenges and requirements.
- Analyze client processes, onsite situations, and data to identify optimization opportunities.
Sales Support & Relationship Management
Present solutions effectively and address client questions.Build strong relationships, acting as a trusted consultant throughout the sales cycle.Solution Design & Proposal
Collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions.Provide evaluations of proposed solutions, including pros / cons, competitor comparison, and bidding strategy.Presentation & Communication
Deliver persuasive presentations and demos to technical and business stakeholders.Highlight key value propositions and differentiation.Collaboration & Handover
Ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation.Support post-sales activities to maintain client satisfaction.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or related field (Master's a plus).3+ years in solution design, consulting, or similar role within intralogistics / AGV.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiar with WMS / WCS, robotics, logistics automation, and simulation tools.Motivated, results-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
