Regional Lead, UI / UX

Objective

As the Regional Lead, UI / UX, you will be responsible for leading the design vision, defining user flows, creating intuitive interfaces, and ensuring the overall quality of the user experience for our digital platforms. This role involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders and implementing a user feedback loop to continuously improve the platform’s user engagement, while overseeing the regional UI / UX team to deliver high-quality, user-centric design solutions that align with strategic objectives in collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

User Experience and Design

• Oversee the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and final implementation, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
• Define and maintain design principles and standardized component libraries to ensure consistency across all product interfaces.
• Lead the creation of user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that deliver intuitive user experiences aligned with product goals.
