Supply Chain Executive

Job descriptionFluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound receiving, stock shelving, inventory tracking, order picking, packing, and outbound shipment ; Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders for e-commerce platforms; Coordinate with internal teams and clients to meet order deadlines and special requests; Maintain and update stock records in the system, ensuring accuracy between physical and system inventory; Handle product receiving, stock adjustments, and shipment arrangements; Assist in process improvements to increase operational efficiency and accuracy; Generate basic reports on stock movement, order processing, and daily operations; Support the team leader or manager in planning, reporting, and team performance management. KWSP SOCSO Medical claim included Annual and medical leave shall be in accordance with the prevailing Labour Law Annual Leave EPF / SOCSO / PCB Training Provided Performance Bonus
Requirements
- Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Degree, or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related fields;
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, or e-commerce logistics;
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required;
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia ;
- Familiar with Microsoft Office; experience using WMS (Warehouse Management System) or OMS (Order Management System) is a plus;
- Positive attitude, responsible, and adaptable to dynamic environments;
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks;
- Good teamwork and communication skills;
- Prior experience handling TikTok, Lazada, Shopee orders or similar e-commerce fulfillment tasks is an advantage.
