Job Description
Job Responsibilities
1. Project Management
- Develop digital strategy that meets and exceeds the client's objectives
- Lead project management, ideation, production and execution
- Collaborate with media, creative, data, and tech departments
- Manage timelines, budgeting and workflows for optimal delivery
- Set the pacing for projects and rally a multidisciplinary team to deliver on time and on budget
- Quality control campaigns, pitch proposals, creative, media and technology outputs
- Manage integrated campaigns involving creative productions, digital media, social media content, and web development is required
- Develop costing and innovating new project management processes is a plus
2. Client management
Build and own end-to-end client relationshipsOrganise daily-weekly-monthly-quarterly meetingsLead pitch, project, and reporting presentationsDevelop an overall strategy for integrated marketing projectsDevelop effective and visual presentations and reportingDevelop effective and meaningful relationships with internal stakeholdersManage client expectations to ensure satisfaction and project successIdentify business opportunities with existing and new clients, monitor and develop new services for the agency in collaboration with ourteam3. Leading Business Development, RFPs & Pitch Development
Lead pitch, project, and presentationsTranslate clients’ briefs into actionable tasks for the internal teamApply effective listening, verbal and written skills when in communication with clients and internal stakeholdersAsk insightful questions in discovery briefing sessions and meetings to ensure that client’s requirements are clearly understood by all stakeholdersManage the development of creative, media and integrated pitch decks from start to finishHelp develop brand and target audience research to support strategy, content development, and user journey mappingA keen eye and mind for creativity and strategy are key for success in this roleDevelop a budget and costing for pitchesEngage with new business leads and partners in a timely and responsive mannerActively respond to new business leads either through virtual meetings, emails or in-person meetings to receive briefs and clarify requirements.4. Digital & Creative Strategy
Proactively develop recommendations and strategies in pitches and projects to win new work, solve a client’s problem or enhance ongoing campaignsHelp develop local insights and research as part of the pitch deck developmentGive feedback and work collaboratively with our regional creative, digital media, SEO, UX UI, insights, strategy, and tech teams in stitching together amazing multidisciplinary solutions.Requirements
Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience in a digital / creative / media agencyExcellent command of verbal and written English LanguageExperience with media planning, social media, web development, and creative productionPassion for digital media, advertising, and integrated campaignsA keen eye and mind for visual presentationStrong understanding of digital media metrics and landscapesA strong sense of initiative and ability to anticipate opportunities and challengesExperience in project managementStructured, data-driven and detail-orientedHigh standard of work ethic with a strong sense of accountabilityAbility to multi-task and handle numerous projects simultaneouslyGreat communication skills and the ability to translate complex requests into actionable briefsDemonstrate a self-starter attitude and a growth mindsetDemonstrate a positive and can-do attitude#J-18808-Ljbffr
