Your Mission
Workday Reporting & Analytics :
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Workday reports (simple, advanced, matrix, composite, trending), and dashboards for HR and business leaders, ensuring optimal performance and a user-friendly experience.
- Build and maintain calculated fields to support custom reporting requirements.
- Develop role-specific dashboards, worklets, and discovery boards tailored to different user groups.
- Assist in testing and validating reporting changes during Workday releases and upgrades.
- Support security configuration related to reporting (report access, data source permissions).
- Partner with configuration team to ensure alignment between reporting logic and business processes.
Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory :
Work closely with HR Business Partners, Business Process Owners, Payroll Vendors, IT and other relevant departments to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions.Provide guidance and training to stakeholders on interpreting and using reports effectively.Troubleshoot reporting issues, recommend enhancements, and manage ad hoc reporting requests.AMS Engagement & Support :
Collaborate with the Workday AMS provider to troubleshoot reporting issues, implement enhancements, and adopt best practices.Coordinate with AMS during Workday releases to validate reporting functionality and ensure smooth adoption of new features.Review AMS recommendations for report optimisation and integrate them into the reporting strategy where appropriate.User Training & Documentation :
Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to address system-related matters.Document report designs, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for knowledge sharing.Conduct end-user and refresher training sessions, prepare and maintain user guides, quick reference materials, and FAQs for common Workday transactions or issues.Provide training and resources to encourage self-service reporting and promote user adoption.Workday Release Management & Testing
Participate in biannual Workday release cycles, reviewing release notes for reporting impact.Test new reporting features and validate existing reports post-release.Recommend adoption of new reporting functionalities introduced in releases.Ideal Candidate
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.Experience : 5+ years in Workday Reporting.Technical Skills : Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Dashboards, Data Analytics, Security Awareness.Leadership Skills : Stakeholder Management, Communication, Project Management.Why Join Us?
