Job descriptionLead and direct the quantity surveying team in the administration of contracts to ensure the quality and prompt completion of their assigned tasks and responsibilities. Provide guidance and settle contract claims, contract disputes, and requests for equitable adjustment. Oversee the preparation and monitoring of the project cost budget, the cash flow for the project, the tracking of changes in the design / construction process, and the adjusting of budget estimates. Manage and monitor the subcontract payment and main contract progress claim. Work closely with the project team to ensure that subcontractors and suppliers are awarded on schedule. Ensure that the main and subcontract are completed on time. Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma in relevant discipline.
- 10 years or more of experience in building, MRT, or double track quantity surveying.
- Specialization : MEP works.
- Able to function well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Proactive attitude.
