The role is responsible for maintaining and improving the MES system, including troubleshooting, user support, and data integration with systems like WMS and ERP, while driving process efficiency and building a knowledge base for continuous improvement.
- Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the MES system (system abnormality problem solving, authority management, troubleshooting, etc.)
- Collect business department needs and organize system business processes, analysis, design feasible solutions, and cooperate with business departments to improve the construction of MES systems
- Responsible for functional testing, user training, problem collection and feedback
- Design statistical reports and dashboards according to user needs to help users improve management efficiency
- Ensure data integration and synchronization between MES and peripheral systems (WMS, ERP), and handle interface data
- Regularly summarize and refine, form a knowledge base, and share with other plant personnel to improve overall operation and maintenance capabilities
- Other tasks assigned by superiors according to work needs
Job Requirements
