Mes Engineer

The role is responsible for maintaining and improving the MES system, including troubleshooting, user support, and data integration with systems like WMS and ERP, while driving process efficiency and building a knowledge base for continuous improvement.

• Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the MES system (system abnormality problem solving, authority management, troubleshooting, etc.)
• Collect business department needs and organize system business processes, analysis, design feasible solutions, and cooperate with business departments to improve the construction of MES systems
• Responsible for functional testing, user training, problem collection and feedback
• Design statistical reports and dashboards according to user needs to help users improve management efficiency
• Ensure data integration and synchronization between MES and peripheral systems (WMS, ERP), and handle interface data
• Regularly summarize and refine, form a knowledge base, and share with other plant personnel to improve overall operation and maintenance capabilities
• Other tasks assigned by superiors according to work needs
