Location

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is part of a 65‑storey mixed‑use tower in Kuala Lumpur. The hotel features an all‑day dining restaurant with sweeping views of the Petronas Twin Towers, a Cantonese restaurant, rooftop pool bars, and executive lounge. It offers a spa, wellness‑focused fitness centre and rooftop infinity pool with panoramic views.

Position

Commis 1 - All Day Dining Kitchen.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare food items according to guest orders with consistent quality following recipe cards, production, portion and presentation standards; complete mise en place and set‑up for breakfast, lunch and / or dinner service.
  • Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, ensuring production meets estimated needs.
  • Operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment, including deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron and flat‑top grill.
  • Digit all food containers, rotate as per policies, keep perishables at proper temperatures, check pars for shift use, prepare freezer pulls and line set‑ups; note any out‑of‑stock items or shortages; return unused items to designated storage areas, cover and date perishables, control food waste, loss and usage per policies.
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co‑workers and supervisors.

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge in culinary.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Certificate in related discipline.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, all shifts, weekends and holidays as per business demands.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Right to work in Malaysia.
