About the role

Job Summary

The Admin & Account Clerk is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of Mansion One Suites by handling both administrative and accounting tasks. This position ensures smooth office operations, accurate financial records, and timely reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties :

  • Perform general office administration including filing, data entry, scanning, and document preparation.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence.
  • Assist in maintaining staff attendance, leave records, and office scheduling.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies and maintenance.
  • Support souvenir shop operations when needed (e.g., handling guest inquiries and etc).
  • Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital) for quick and easy retrieval.
  • Stock Count for inventories.
  • Familiar with e-invoicing system.

Accounting Duties :

  • Record daily transactions including sales, receipts, and payments.
  • Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and monthly statements.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely collections and payments.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and assist with monthly financial reporting.
  • Maintain petty cash records and ensure proper documentation.
  • Assist with year-end audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Accounting / Business Administration is an advantage.
  • At least 1 year of experience in administration and / or accounting (hospitality industry preferred).
  • Familiarity with basic accounting software (Skybiz and AutoCount, or similar).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Whatsapp only to for interview arrangements.
