Job descriptionMinimum SPM graduate with at least 3 months of telesales experience (making sales via call out). Fresh graduates are most welcome. Preference will be given to candidates with sales / product consulting experience from industries such as beauty, banking / finance, telecommunication, insurance, online business.
Responsibilities
- Call to consult and convince customers to use the right product and close the order according to the data the customer has demanded (available data).
- Manage / store customer information on the company system.
- Take care and support existing customers, provide preferential programs for customers to increase sales.
- Complete the assigned KPIs as prescribed.
