Work closely with the Head of Department on progress and activities of sales administration.
Handle sales administration correspondence and check accuracy of the documentations on Sale and Purchase Agreement, Loan Documentation, issuance of billing, perfection of transfer and other relevant documents related to the sales.
Prepare handling over of Vacant Possession documents and coordinating a smooth process with Project / Property team for timely handover of Vacant Possession to purchasers.
Compile supporting documents for consent to transfer / charge application.
Liaison with relevant authorities, purchasers, solicitors, financiers for process, documentation and correspondences.
Ensure Memorandum of Transfer and Strata Title to be released in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist in generating progress billing, issuance of reminder and collection of payment
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree holder in Property Development / Real Estate Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 2 – 3 years of working experience in property development industry.
Familiarization towards IFCA accounting system.
Proficient in written & spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
High level of attention to detail.
Good in communication and negotiation skill.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Required skill(s) : Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
