Technical Lead – Internal Systems

As part of our growth, we are strengthening our internal systems, aiming for smarter tools and streamlined efficiency. We're now seeking a Technical Lead – Internal Systems & Data Integration to help lead this transformation.

You will serve as the backbone of our internal tech infrastructure — shaping the architecture, integrating data systems, driving cross-team collaboration, and setting the standard for quality. This is more than a technical role : you'll be the bridge between operations, performance, and technology, turning internal challenges into solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of our internal portal and interconnected systems.
• Architect and manage data integration strategies — ensuring reliability, accuracy, and efficiency across platforms and teams.
• Define integration patterns (APIs, ETL / ELT workflows, real-time streaming) and oversee their implementation.
• Serve as the primary technical point-of-contact for internal stakeholders — translating business requirements into effective system functionality.
• Mentor and guide the technical team, enforcing standards, performing code reviews, and ensuring high-quality deployment and scalability.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate delivery while maintaining code integrity.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners when integrations or solutions fall outside internal capability.
• Keep an eye on emerging tools, trends, and architectural best practices to continually optimize internal tooling.
