About the Role
The Senior Associate, Corporate Affairs supports the company’s branding, communications, and stakeholder engagement efforts. The role involves driving employer and corporate branding, managing social media content, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. Responsibilities include planning and executing events, maintaining the company website, managing corporate gifts, and supporting corporate strategy and ESG initiatives such as community engagement and employee well-being. Key Responsibilities
Company & Employer Branding
Develop and implement branding strategies that enhance the company’s reputation as a market leader and an employer of choice. Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams to design and execute employer branding initiatives to attract and retain talent. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital and physical assets.
Event Management
Plan and execute internal, corporate and public events, including conferences, exhibitions, product launches, townhall, team building and community engagement. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery. Monitor outcomes and feedback to enhance future event planning and execution.
Social Media Management
Create and manage content for the company’s social media platforms to enhance engagement and visibility. Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize performance and drive campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across channels.
Corporate & Internal Communications
Develop and implement communication strategies for both external and internal stakeholders. Draft and distribute communication materials, including press releases, newsletters, executive statements, memos, and announcements. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, partners, and internal teams to ensure consistent and aligned messaging. Support leadership in promoting key initiatives, fostering a positive organizational culture, and managing crisis communications when required.
Company Website Maintenance and Management
Oversee the content and functionality of the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date and user-friendly. Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to optimize the website for SEO and usability. Track website performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Corporate Gifts and Merchandise Management
Manage the design, procurement, and inventory of corporate gifts and branded merchandise. Ensure that gifts and merchandise align with the company’s branding guidelines. Coordinate the distribution of gifts for events, milestones, and other corporate occasions.
Corporate Strategy & ESG Support
Conduct research and provide inputs to support corporate strategy development and execution. Track and report on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities. Support ESG initiatives, particularly social impact programs such as diversity & inclusion, community engagement, and employee well-being. Assist in preparing ESG reports, presentations, and external engagement materials.
Any other responsibilities that may be required, in the interests of the Company from time to time Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in branding, corporate communications, social ESG or a similar role. Proven expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and analytics. Experience in website content management and event planning is preferred. Skills and Competencies

Creative Thinking : Strong ability to innovate and bring fresh ideas to branding initiatives Adaptability & Initiative : Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently while supporting broader corporate goals. Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite), and project management tools.
