We are currently looking for a proactive salesperson based in Sarawak state who is ready to take responsibility for the entire sales cycle (from lead generation to closing the deal) and work for results. Responsibilities
- Travels extensively to meet with hotel managers, presenting Exely solutions (approximately 70% of the work is face-to-face meetings within the client\'s territory).
- Generates leads through cold calling, cold meetings, attending events, and with support from the marketing team.
- Handles incoming leads and converts them into customers.
- Builds trusted relationships with hospitality professionals and attends events for hoteliers as a representative of Exely.
- Provides market research to the management team.
- Maintains and uses CRM diligently.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills; willingness to make phone calls and cold visits; ability to handle objections.Based in Sarawak State and willing to travel throughout Malaysia, especially Sabah State.Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia (native) and advanced English.Knowledge and experience with sales techniques is desirable.Previous experience in active sales is a plus.Customer-oriented approach with ability to establish rapport and understand customer requirements; strong drive to help, not just sell.Ability to take accountability and deliver outcomes, including coordinating with other departments for a smooth onboarding.Experience in TravelTech (OTAs, Channel Managers, Booking Software, and other hospitality SaaS) would be beneficial.Proficiency in CRM and computer software is required.Benefits
