Executive Housekeeper

Soori Penang is seeking an Executive Housekeeper who will be the guardian of our guest experience. In a 13-suite ultra-luxury heritage property, this role goes beyond oversight — it is a hands-on position where leadership, attention to detail, and personal involvement are essential to ensuring every suite and space reflects the understated luxury that defines Soori.

The ideal candidate is meticulous and service-driven, combining refined aesthetics with operational excellence. You will lead a small, close-knit team while also working alongside them, personally ensuring that every detail contributes to the ambience and comfort of our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and actively participate in daily housekeeping operations to maintain the highest standards in suites and public areas.
• Inspect rooms and spaces daily, anticipating guest needs and ensuring flawless presentation.
• Lead, guide, and train a small team, fostering a culture of care and service.
• Manage housekeeping inventory, quality control, and sustainable practices.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth, personalised guest service delivery
