HR cum Admin Executive

The HR cum admin executive reports directly to the director of Pacific Speech Therapy and Learning Centre. He / she will be working closely with Heads of Departments to ensure efficient service delivery, whilst driving continuous improvements.

Responsibilities include :

• Managing all branches' operational processes and resources, and leading an organization to achieve and maintain operational excellence.
• Ensuring appropriate staffing, safety standards, and SOP adherence, as well as implementing strategies to retain a motivated workforce.
