Job description2+ years of experience creating content that actually gets watched Editing skills in Premiere / Final Cut / CapCut (you know your cuts & transitions) Can shoot decent footage (phone or camera, doesn’t matter, as long as it pops) Fluent in English + Chinese or Malay (bonus if you can switch between all three) Independent worker who’s organised, reliable & hits deadlines Strong professional ethics with a good dose of creative chaos Great communicator & team player Bonus points if you’ve got a natural flair for storytelling and making people stop scrolling Thrive in a small team environment Bring a fun, creative personality to the table Love an artsy, inspiring workspace Prioritize quality results, always
What you’ll do :
- Create creative content that actually slaps
- Make cool graphics
- Snap pics + shoot vids
- Edit fast, post faster
- Be obsessed with the arts
- Scroll TikTok / IG / FB → call it “research”
- Spot trends → turn them into shareable vibes
- Throw ideas around → script it
- Film on your phone → post → watch it blow up
- Keep the chaos organised (kinda)
- Test, tweak & chase that viral magic
