About the Role

Restaurant Services Assistant in the food and beverage industry is to provide excellent customer service by assisting in food and drink service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guest.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform all duties and responsibilities in a prompt, accurate and efficient manner, in accordance with established Hotel and Company policies & procedures.
• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding a table.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and drinks / coffee breaks promptly and professionally.
• Handle cash, credit card, and digital transactions accurately.
• Set up table with cutlery, napkins, and condiments before service.
• Follow food hygiene and safety regulations at all time.
