Job description2+ years of recruitment or delivery experience within an agency or fast-paced environment. Proven track record of sourcing and placing mid- to senior-level talent. Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence and build relationships. A growth mindset – proactive, target-driven, and solutions-oriented. Team player who enjoys collaborating across functions and geographies. What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with consultants, key accounts, and client-service teams to deliver high-quality talent solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong network of skilled professionals within your market.
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the process.
- Provide market insights and intelligence to support business development initiatives.
- Support the team’s delivery strategy, coaching junior consultants and sharing best practices.
- Represent Spencer Ogden professionally in client meetings and industry events.
