Your challenges

The Marketing Communication Specialist is a core member of the ROSEA Marketing organization and reports directly to the Head of Marketing, ROSEA. This position is the engine of execution for the regional marketing strategy, responsible for bringing strategic campaigns to life, guarding brand consistency, and managing the platforms that empower our 100% distributor network whilst adapting these marketing assets for deployment for our direct Singapore business. The specialist's primary mission is to amplify our strategic message across all digital channels, execute marketing campaigns and events, and empower our distributors and direct teams with easy access to marketing assets, ultimately driving measurable ROI.

Your expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertisting or related Life science industry experience
• Demonstrable experience in marketing, managing social media platforms, campaigns, event management, collaboration and branding for an organization
• Proficiency in analyzing relevant marketing metrics for data-driven decisions
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including social media, SEO, and email marketing, proficiency in AI would be well regarded
• Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms
• Experience in setting up and optimizing marketing workflows to qualify leads and transition them to sales
• Excellent English communciation skills
• High competency in using Microsoft office software programs including CRM
