Job descriptionAssociate degree or higher with 2+ years of experience in marketing planning within beauty , retail, or FMCG industries. Strong creative and strategic skills to develop actionable marketing plans and ensure successful execution. Deep understanding of consumer needs , market changes, and proficiency in applying the 4Ps to activity planning. Proactive communication and coordination abilities to negotiate with external partners, align internal teams, and independently drive project execution.
Job Responsibilities :
- Organize and plan offline activities for national retail stores (including promotional activities, store-themed activities, etc.) starting from the product side.
- Coordinate activity implementation , take responsibility for activity outcomes, and conduct post-event reviews and improvements.
- Independently develop activity proposals by analyzing consumer and market dynamics, ensuring alignment with current trends.
- Plan and write copywriting for city-wide marketing campaigns and communication materials.
- Analyze marketing data from activities, channels, and stores to drive strategic decisions.
