Preparing of pre and post shipping documents for Export Customers. (Incl.CI / PL / BL / COO-MITI or MICCI / Insurance / COA / Fumigation & Heat Treatment Cert).

Monitoring incoming of empty container in factory before ship closing date.

Issuing of Delivery Orders (Export Customers)

Fill in the CPC form / DG Form for Dangerous Cargo shipment

Record & update Takaful Insurance Certificate and request for blank form from the insurer.

Verify and managing shipping invoices and submit to Finance for payment.

Preparing and issuing of Shipping Invoices for logistics services.

Other tasks assign by the HOD

Qualification

• Candidate must possess at least SPM. A diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation or any related field is an advantage.
• Proactive, Energetic, motivated and independent.
• In the early 30s, preferably with sales experience in freight forwarder / forwarding / logistics
• Result-oriented and good team player.
• Disciplined and possess good interpersonal skills.
