As a Telesales Support, you will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and securing the right partners to join our platform. You will not only drive acquisition but also ensure their long-term success with us.

We are looking for a strong sales professional with a proven track record in building relationships, negotiating impactful deals, and consistently delivering results. Your mission is to make Bjak the platform every partner aspires to join.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and win over new partners.
• Pitch, negotiate, and close partnerships that align with business goals.
• Build long-term, trust-based partnerships beyond the first deal.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize initiatives for business expansion.
• Engage with partners by visiting, presenting, and negotiating with workshops and corporate clients.
• Ensure the best service quality for all partners and resolve issues quickly.
• Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and partnership outcomes to leadership.
