Requirements
- Possess at least a Secondary / SPM / 'O' Level qualification.
- Open to fresh graduates seeking an entry-level position in sales.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with local clients and partners.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Willingness to work full-time at our Subang Jaya office location.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the lubricant industry.
- Ability to understand and articulate the value proposition of Optilube (M) Sdn. Bhd.'s products and services.
- Must be a team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the designated territory, focusing on expanding the customer base and achieving sales targets.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication, visits, and follow-ups.Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, providing insights to the sales team.Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of Optilube's products.Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, including negotiating terms, finalizing contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager, tracking sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns to promote Optilube's products and services.Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential customers and promote Optilube's brand.Ensure timely collection of payments from customers and resolve any payment-related issues in coordination with the finance department.Benefits
