Requirements

We Are Sugarrpop Mart ( Beauty and Accessories Store )Preferable - Malaysian Chinese Possess a Diploma in any field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with a diverse customer base and internal teams.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of sales techniques and a proven ability to apply them in a retail environment to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company and customer information, adhering to ethical business practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Demonstrate a strong aptitude for acquiring and applying product knowledge to effectively promote and sell merchandise.
• Utilize negotiation skills to address customer concerns and secure sales, while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Previous sales experience in a retail setting is highly desirable, showcasing a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Willingness to work onsite in Subang Jaya and adapt to the dynamic demands of a retail environment.
