- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with a diverse customer base and internal teams.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of sales techniques and a proven ability to apply them in a retail environment to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company and customer information, adhering to ethical business practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Demonstrate a strong aptitude for acquiring and applying product knowledge to effectively promote and sell merchandise.
- Utilize negotiation skills to address customer concerns and secure sales, while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Previous sales experience in a retail setting is highly desirable, showcasing a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Willingness to work onsite in Subang Jaya and adapt to the dynamic demands of a retail environment.
Responsibilities
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate product recommendations, driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.Execute visual merchandising strategies and maintain store appearance to align with brand standards, ensuring products are displayed attractively and the store environment is clean, organized, and inviting to customers.Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, actively listening to their needs, and resolving complaints or issues promptly and professionally, fostering customer loyalty and positive brand perception.Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns in accordance with company policies and procedures, while minimizing errors and discrepancies.Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment activities, including receiving shipments, unpacking merchandise, and organizing stockroom inventory, to ensure adequate product availability and minimize stockouts.Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring store activity, adhering to security procedures, and reporting any suspicious behavior or incidents to management, contributing to a safe and secure shopping environment.Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), participating in sales promotions, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize revenue and contribute to the overall success of the store.Benefits
