Customer Care Executive

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :

• Order processing functions
• Handles sales orders processing, monitor and coordinate delivery with internal functional team
• Resolve all sales order discrepancies within department internally
• Maintain compliances to trade, terms and conditions policies
• Performs all tasks associated with proper and timely administration of open orders to meet contract obligations
• Follow up on orders’ delivery shipment schedules and acts as liaison person with other Customer Care functions and sales and technical team to assure timely and efficient administration of orders
• Execute internal process and audit requirements as required from corporate
