But did you know we have 23 divisions, 135 sites, employ over 3,000 people and operate a fleet of over 2,500 across 3 countries!
We do more than collect the bin from your street we also; convert waste into clean energy, divert food waste from landfill and convert to compost, manufacture customised waste management equipment, asbestos removal, refine and recycle oil, manage and maintain our fleet inhouse and have our own bespoke technology systems.
Our teams include Drivers / Operators, Heavy Vehicle Mechanics, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, IT / Digital, Environment, Engineering, Industrial Chemists, Safety, Administration and much more . .

THE ROLE
As an Operations Manager you will lead our Wellington Branch. The main responsibility of this role is to lead our team to effectively manage daily operational goals and deliver on future strategies for our various services and contracts across the region.
This role calls for a ‘hands-on’ and tenacious leader who is driven to succeed through team engagement and an understanding of principles that underpin excellence in transport operations.
You will be working with a safe, modern and reliable fleet, serviced and maintained to our high standards.
We are an essential services industry, offering stability to employees and reliability to our customers.
