Overview
Join our team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. You will work in a Resort with several restaurants and bars, serving our Premium All Inclusive offer. The role involves supervising service formats from buffets to plated service, and participating in show cooking experiences and festive events. The dining offer is based on delivering memorable experiences while maintaining well-being, engagement, and a relaxed atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of 10 to 30 restaurant employees
- Assist the restaurant manager in the organisation of the service and the management of the resort\'s restaurant teams
- Ensure the quality of the welcome, the set-up and the service in the dining room (600 to 1000 covers per service)
- Unite and motivate your teams around defined objectives and support their development
- Develop additional sales and participate in optimising the economic results of the service
- Manage stocks and orders of products, consumables, small hotel equipment (PMH) and linen (tablecloths, towels, etc.)
- Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules, and maintenance of the resort\'s assets
