Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in HR operations, preferably in the education sector. Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, HR best practices, and HRIS systems. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Queens College Kuala Lumpur (QCKL) is a fast-growing higher education institution dedicated to producing industry-ready graduates through Diploma & Diploma Work-Based Learning (WBL), TVET pathways, and Professional Programmes. We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Senior Executive in Human Resources to support our people strategy and ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, performance management, payroll, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and college policies.
- Manage HR records, documentation, and HRIS system updates.
- Support management in developing HR policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions in a professional and confidential manner.
- Drive staff engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in manpower planning and talent management to support institutional growth.
