About the role

We’re looking for an Executive - Sales Operation to play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing

• Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage customer inquiries from order placement to invoicing, keeping customers and the operation manager informed
• Monitor the order fulfillment process to ensure timely delivery
• Liaise with the operations team regarding stock availability and production schedule prior to processing of orders
• Evaluate costs and maintain profit margins
• Analyze operational data and maintain product inventory
• Monitor whether policies and procedures are followed throughout the company
• Communicate with executives and upper management regularly to create short or long‑term operational goals
