Job Description
- Manage the Sales Operation Process guided by the SOP and WI established.
- Maintain overall office administrative system for the Sales Department.
- Ensure department compliance with company’s quality certifications.
- Maintain / improve the office condition in compliance with ISO , OHSAS 18001 and 5S.
- Introduce new Sales Operation process practices from BPR discussion.
- Prepare KPI updates for department’s achievement tracking.
- Generate reports required by management.
- Prepare master price list.
- Assist in chairing weekly Sales Operation meetings.
- Support operations by supervising Customer Assistants.
- Coordinate between sales team and internal customers.
- Maintain the department in compliance with HR rules and regulations.
- Handle yearly projects.
- Handle and manage all administrative tasks.
- Key assistant to Sales Operation Senior Executive and Manager.
- Provide training, guidance and coaching to subordinates.
- Any other tasks assigned by the superior.
Duties And Responsibilities
Responsible for business process practices as established.Continuously review the established SOP and / or WI to improve purpose.Create new SOP and / or WI when necessary.Maintain filing system compliance with company’s quality certifications.Handle fire drill program.Handle internal and external audits.Handle new development of control documents.Handle new project for Sales Operation improvement.Ensure accuracy of report for KPI tracking.Generate and prepare required reports.Maintain the master price list and its accuracy.Record Sales Operation meeting minutes.Compile Customer Survey Analysis Report.Train, coach and motivate Customer Assistants NE6 and below.Plan annual training schedule and identify training needs for Customer Assistants.Act as liaison within sales team and relevant departments at the factory.Control and monitor office expenditure.Communicate with contracted vendors and new office owner on service contracts and payments.Ensure sufficiency of glove samples at storage.Attend and support exhibitions.Record attendance of Customer Assistants NE6 and below.Any other tasks assigned by the superior.Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Sales / Marketing or equivalent sales field.Minimum 2 years of experience with similar roles and responsibilities preferred or fresh graduate.Additional Company Information
